How do you photograph weddings?
We maintain quality & consistency in our works by having only two teams
we love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. we will send you a guide to help you organize your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights... and it''s really exciting for us to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invits...! On your wedding day, all we want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based both in Accra & Kumasi, Ghana and yes we love to travel! If you want us to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, accommodation & depending on where it takes place. But no worries, we will always try to find a convenient way to come.
When will we get our photos?
The highlight of pictures of our clients will be delivered within 7-14 days via Google Drive. Please take note that only 15 photos of the couple will be released within the set number of days stated above.
Final delivery will be made involving all deliverables being it pictures, frames or etc. stated in the desired package chosen by our clients between 40-90 days
How many pictures will we receive?
Depends on the package you choose but we will always choose quality rather than quantity and will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
How do i book ?
PAYMENTS
Clients are required to pay 50% of the total amount of the selected package which is termed as a booking fee in order to secure their date. Please take note this amount deposited is non-refundable.
The remaining balance of 50% is expected to be paid off at least 21 days before the big day.
The client should insist on an official receipt after every payment.

Date changes are also applicable within the year of booking. An additional 5% of the total amount of the package selected would be charged if the new date selected is six(6) months after the initial event date.
If the client's new date is not available and the client would like to terminate the contract, the client would lose the 50% booking fee for the inconveniences caused to the team.
T&C's
1. Booking and Payment
• A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total package cost is required to secure the event
date and time.
• No date is considered reserved until the booking fee has been received.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid on or before the wedding day.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of service or delay in delivery of final
images.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• The booking fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
If the client cancels:
• More than 20 days before the event: Any payments made beyond the booking fee may be
refunded (minus any work already done or expenses incurred).
• 20 days or less before the event: No refunds will be issued regardless of reason.
• Postponement is subject to availability. If the new date is unavailable, it will be treated as a cancellation.
3. Client Responsibilities
• The client agrees to provide accurate event details.
• The client is responsible for securing venue permissions.
• A representative should assist in organizing group photos.
• Delays caused by the client reduce coverage time without refund.
4. Photographer’s Responsibilities
• The photographer will provide professional services as agreed.
• Specific images are not guaranteed due to event unpredictability.
5. Force Majeure
• The photographer is not liable for failure due to uncontrollable circumstances such as illness,
accidents, or natural disasters.
• A replacement may be arranged or a refund (excluding booking fee) issued if service cannot be
provided.
6. Image Delivery
• Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
• Raw images remain the property of the photographer unless agreed otherwise.
7. Copyright & Usage
• All images remain the property of Gidxel Phoyographs.
• Clients are granted personal usage rights only. Gidxel Photographs reserves the right to use images as part of our portfolio, on our social media platforms.
• Commercial use requires written permission.
• Images may be used for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.
8. Editing Style
• Clients accept the photographer’s editing style.
• Extra retouching may attract additional charges.
9. Limitation of Liability
In the event of equipment failure, lost or stolen equipment or images, the Company shall have limited liability in returning 50% of deposits.
The client(s) or wedding coordinator agrees to ensure the people specified in each shot are available, Gidxel Photographs team would not be held responsible if otherwise.
10. Agreement
• Payment of the booking fee confirms agreement to these terms and conditions.
